  4.      I don't know if you read the changes file in the previous version,
  5.      so I will summarize it.  I sold my home in Santa Barbara and moved
  6.      to a small town in Northern California to concentrate on writing
  7.      shareware full time.  Unfortunately I had to put a lot of money
  8.      into my house to avoid paying capital gain taxes which meant that
  9.      I had to continue to take consulting jobs for a few years.  Well
  10.      (you may ask), how's it going.

  12.      AutoCon did reasonably well.  Due to the consulting jobs I didn't
  13.      get a chance to put out another program.  Just as I got to the
  14.      point that I could actually start writing shareware full time my
  15.      wife asked for a divorce.

  17.      This happened about 2 months after the last big upgrade to AutoCon
  18.      and completely changed my plans.  I had to go back to consulting to
  19.      pay for the divorce, so I have had no time to work on AutoCon.  I
  20.      apologize for the long time between releases and for the fact that
  21.      this is not what I had planned for this release (see WHATSNEW). It
  22.      will probably be a long time (like sometime in 94) before a real
  23.      upgrade is out.  With my current monetary situation it will be
  24.      several years before I can even think of getting back to full time
  25.      shareware.  Due to the fact that I don't have the time to put in on
  26.      AutoCon that I would like, if anyone is interested in acquiring the
  27.      rights to AutoCon please let me know.

  29.      I am no longer accepting Subscriptions.  I am keeping the basic
  30.      registration at $15 and would prefer that you get the latest
  31.      version from my BBS.  Due to my current living arrangements sending
  32.      out disks is quite difficult.
